Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

  • Our top priority is to ensure accurate and timely delivery. You can edit your order within 24 hours from your confirmation email and order status page, our footer menu, or the contact us page. Make sure to double-check your order before submitting. After 24 hours, no further edits will be allowed. 

Can I cancel my order? / make an exchange or return?

  • All of our products are made to order, which means we only produce them once you place an order, so we do not keep stock and therefore we DO NOT accept exchanges, returns, refunds or cancellations. All sales are final.

What if I put the wrong address in my order?

  • We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. So we provide a 24-hour editing window to modify your order. You can find the 'Edit your order' link in your confirmation email and order status page, our footer menu, or the contact us page.
  • *Note: We are not responsible for deliveries sent to the incorrect address. So please triple-check your shipping address before confirming your order to ensure a timely delivery.

What should I do if I received incorrect items/my items arrived damaged?

  • Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and provide a video/photo of the defective area or your inquiry. We will evaluate the issues and make it right.

What are the accepted payment methods on Youniqverse?

  • We accept all major Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How does Youniqverse safeguard my payments?

  • The processing time for your order may vary, and most orders are shipped within 3 days and expected to arrive between 2-12 business days within the United States and 10-30 business days for international.

Do you offer express delivery?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer fast delivery at the moment. However, we can ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and kind understanding, and we are grateful for your continued support of our brand.

Where do you ship the orders from?

  • We ship our orders from the US, either California, Texas or Virginia, whichever closest to your location.

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

  • We'll send you an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please check your junk mail in case you can't find it in your inbox. *Note: confirmations can take up to 24 hours due to high demand.
  • Alternatively, you can track your order on the home page's main menu, footer menu, and contact us page.
  • *Note: The shipping provider can take up to 5 to 7 business days to reflect your order in their system.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost to ship to my country?

  • We ship worldwide except some EU countries. And please note that we do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

My package isn't moving. What should I do?

  • No worries about your package stopping, it is still headed your way! Your tracking page will be updated with the latest status if there are any delays due to customs or weather issues, which occasionally may occur.

Which carriers do you use to ship packages?

  • We offer shipping through several different carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, depending on your destination and order weight.
